Turn360 Branding Agency is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging video content for digital marketing, social media, advertising, and branding campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video editing, visual storytelling, motion graphics, animation, and AI-powered video generation.

You will collaborate with our creative, design, and marketing teams to transform ideas, scripts, and raw footage into compelling visual content that aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media, digital advertisements, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form videos, and advertising content.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, text effects, transitions, and visual effects.
• Use AI video generation tools to create and enhance video content where appropriate.
• Apply sound design, audio editing, background music, and sound effects to improve the viewing experience.
• Perform colour correction and colour grading to maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and marketing executives to develop creative concepts.
• Adapt video content to different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience requirements.
• Incorporate feedback, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging video editing techniques, AI tools, animation trends, and social media formats.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing; agency experience is preferred.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Good understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual effects.
• Knowledge of AI video generation tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of sound design, audio editing, colour correction, and colour grading.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into engaging visual content.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a creative team.

Note: Formal educational qualifications are not mandatory. Practical skills, creativity, and portfolio quality will be given priority.
