Video Editor

We are seeking a Video Editor who goes beyond technical editing—someone who knows how to hook viewers, drive full watch-throughs, and convert interest into sales. You possess strong creative instinct, a deep understanding of social media behavior, and the ability to turn raw footage into compelling, high-converting video content. Key Responsibilities:

• Short-Form Storytelling: Edit fast-paced TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content with a heavy focus on capturing attention within the first 3 seconds (the Hook).
• Performance Optimization: Craft conversion-focused edits designed to maximize Views, CTR, Audience Retention, and Sales.
• Creative Visuals: Purposefully apply sound effects, motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions to elevate raw footage.
• A/B Testing & Analysis: Analyze video metrics and produce variant edits to test different hooks, story angles, and CTAs.
• Trend & Campaign Execution: Stay ahead of viral social trends while collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams to hit project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing short-form social video content (TikTok, Reels, Performance Ads).

• Fast editor with impeccable sense of pacing, storytelling, and scroll-stopping visual hooks.

• Clear understanding of the difference between purely aesthetic edits vs. performance-driven, high-converting content.

• Advanced proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.

• Strong creative mindset with deep knowledge of consumer behavior on TikTok and social platforms.

• Prior experience with product sales, TikTok Shop, Affiliate Content, or Performance Ads will be advantage

• Portfolio Required: Showcasing high-performing short-form videos with strong views, engagement, or sales metrics.
