We produce long-form video podcasts and short-form educational content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to edit long-form podcast episodes and create short-form clips optimized for digital platforms. The ideal candidate has experience editing professional interviews or educational content and understands pacing, clarity, and clean visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Long-Form Editing

• Edit 45–90 minute podcast episodes
• Improve pacing and remove filler content
• Add intros, outros, lower thirds, name titles, and branding elements
• Enhance audio clarity and basic color correction
• Deliver final exports for YouTube

Short-Form Content

• Create 5–10 short clips per episode for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Add accurate subtitles (medical terminology awareness preferred)
• Identify high-impact moments for social media

Brand Consistency

• Maintain professional, clean visual style
• Create simple thumbnail designs
• Follow brand guidelines

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of video editing experience
• Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or educational content
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Basic motion graphics (After Effects preferred)
• Strong understanding of audio clean-up
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Comfortable working remotely

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, research, or startup content
• Multi-camera editing experience
• Basic YouTube optimization knowledge
