Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage and creative briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand video content. You'll be central to how Anantya.ai shows up on social media, in paid campaigns, and across product marketing — someone who understands not just editing software, but what makes a video actually perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube), paid ad creative, and product/marketing content

• Stay on top of trending video formats, audio, and editing styles, and adapt them intelligently to Anantya.ai's brand voice

• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, and static assets into polished, engaging edits with strong pacing and hooks

• Add captions, sound design, motion elements, and on-brand graphics to boost watch time and engagement

• Cut multiple variants of the same content for different platforms and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)

• Collaborate closely with the marketing/content team to understand campaign goals, briefs, and timelines

• Maintain a consistent visual and brand identity across all video output

• Manage project files, version control, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects

• Must-Have Skill

• Strong command of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)

• Solid understanding of video concepts — pacing, storytelling, hooks, and structure

• Strong awareness of trending content formats and social media best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

• Ability to translate a rough brief or raw footage into a compelling final cut with minimal hand-holding

• Good eye for visual detail — color, sound, typography, and rhythm

Good to Have

• Motion graphics and 2D animation skills (After Effects, Illustrator)
• Experience creating explainer videos or product mockup/demo-style videos
• Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails or supporting visual assets
• Experience editing for B2B SaaS or tech brands

What We're Looking For

Someone who thinks like a creator as much as an editor — who can spot what makes content work, move fast without sacrificing quality, and bring fresh ideas rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do.

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
