Job Overview

INFOMATIC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of video editing experience and a good understanding of visual storytelling, video composition, and digital content creation.

The selected candidate will work with our creative and marketing teams to produce engaging videos for digital platforms while developing their editing skills through practical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional projects.
• Organize and arrange raw footage into polished and engaging videos.
• Add transitions, subtitles, text animations, sound effects, and background music.
• Use motion graphics and visual effects to improve video quality.
• Perform basic color correction and audio adjustments.
• Follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and feedback from the team.
• Maintain organized project files and deliver assigned work within deadlines.
• Stay informed about current video editing techniques and digital content trends.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of practical video editing experience, including freelance or internship experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of transitions, video composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and manage assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience editing short-form videos, promotional content, or YouTube videos.
• Basic knowledge of animation and text effects.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work.
