Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, project videos, corporate videos, and employee engagement videos.
• Edit raw footage with appropriate cuts, transitions, effects, music, sound effects, and subtitles.
• Create videos showcasing real estate projects, property walkthroughs, site visits, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Creative teams to understand content requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
• Add suitable text overlays, animations, graphics, logos, and branding elements.
• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and media assets.
• Stay updated with current social media video trends, editing styles, and formats.
• Ensure videos are delivered within the required timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, transitions, colour correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to create short-form content such as Instagram Reels and promotional videos.
• Good creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

• 3-6 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing is preferred.
• Relevant degree/diploma in Visual Communications, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel are preferred.
