As a Video Editor specializing in Short Form Content (Reels) and YouTube Videos , you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity through compelling and visually appealing videos. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of current trends, an eye for detail, and proficiency in utilizing visual effects, motion graphics, and sound effects to captivate our audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Edit and craft visually stunning short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube, ensuring high-quality output aligned with the brand's style.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video ideas that resonate with our target audience.
3. Utilize your expertise in visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance the overall video quality and viewer experience.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all video content and adhere to established guidelines.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative editing techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
6. Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow for seamless collaboration with other team members.
7. Continuously optimize and improve video content based on performance metrics and audience feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in short-form content creation and YouTube videos.
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve or other industry-standard tools.
3. Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
4. Strong knowledge of visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design.
5. Creative thinking and ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
6. Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with social media platforms and their specific video requirements.
