About the Role

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and self-motivated Video Editor & Graphic Designer to independently handle video shooting, video editing, and graphic design requirements for our school and hospital.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete creative process, from shooting videos to editing footage and designing professional creatives for social media, digital marketing, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot videos for school and hospital activities, events, facilities, and promotional campaigns.

Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

Design creative posters, banners, brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Create engaging visual content for school admissions, hospital services, health awareness campaigns, and special events.

Independently manage end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, transitions, colour correction, sound, and final output.

Develop creative content that aligns with the branding requirements of both institutions.

Coordinate with the school and hospital management to understand creative requirements and deliver projects on time.

Maintain consistency in visual quality, branding, and design standards.

Organise and manage video footage, design files, and other creative assets.

Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, and graphic design techniques.

Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.

Ability to shoot high-quality videos using cameras and smartphones.

Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and social media creatives.

Good knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layouts, transitions, and visual storytelling.

Ability to independently handle video shooting, editing, and graphic design.

Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and graphic design work is preferred.

Important Requirements

Must be capable of independently managing all creative activities, from video shooting to final editing and graphic design.

Must be willing to handle creative requirements for both the school and hospital.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Selected candidates are expected to commit to working with the organisation for a minimum period of 2 years.

Salary & Employment Details

Salary: Based on skills and portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
