We are looking for a creative Video editor who also understands social media and can translate ideas into powerful visual content.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a designer who understands personal branding, professional audiences, and social media engagement. You will design high-quality visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and digital learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

Video and graphics

• Design professional and visually compelling graphics for social media posts, carousels, and banners
• Create visuals for presentations, guides, reports, and digital learning products
• Video and audio editing
• Creating long form and short form videos and audios

Social Media Content Design

• Design LinkedIn carousels, Instagram posts, reels covers, and story templates
• Create graphics for leadership quotes, insights, and educational content
• Create reels, videos and audios.
• Handle our Social Media Platforms
• Digitally market our services
• Have an understanding of SEO

Branding & Creative Execution

• Translate leadership concepts into clean, modern visuals
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms
• Collaborate on creative ideas for content campaigns

Required Skills

• Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro
• Experience designing social media content
• Preferred Skills
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Experience designing for coaches, speakers, consultants, or personal brands
• Understanding of thought leadership content

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
