Role & responsibilities

• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content.
• Create high-quality promotional videos, brand videos, advertisements, and social media content.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
• Perform audio cleaning, noise reduction, sound synchronization, color correction, and color grading.
• Create strong opening hooks and maintain engaging pacing to improve audience retention.
• Resize and adapt videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
• Follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to understand video concepts and deliverables.
• Manage revisions and ensure final videos meet quality standards.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with 02 years of experience; freshers with strong practical skills are welcome.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent video-editing software.
• Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and visual effects is an advantage.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and social media video trends.
• Knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and subtitle creation.
• Ability to edit both vertical short-form videos and horizontal long-form videos.
• Creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing ability is mandatory.
