Video Editor

You’ll edit short-form reels and social videos for our clients’ Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Our style is raw and documentary/vlog-style, not cinematic, and we bring it to life with AI-generated visuals and motion graphics.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• 9 AM–5 PM Pacific Time, which is about 12 AM–8 AM / 1 AM–9 AM Philippine time depending on US daylight saving
• Weekends off, fully

Pay

• $900 USD per month, paid monthly

What you’ll do

• Edit talking-head videos, B-roll sequences, sizzle reels, and trending-format reels
• Create AI-generated shots and visuals in Higgsfield and other AI tools
• Build motion graphics, animated text, and graphic overlays
• Add hooks, captions, music, and sound design
• Follow each client’s brand locker and guidelines
• Deliver every project by 3 PM Pacific on its due date, usually with a 2–3 day turnaround
• Keep project statuses updated in Monday.com
• Keep working ahead in the pipeline instead of waiting for deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years editing short-form social video
• Must be experienced in Higgsfield
• Must be experienced with AI video and image tools, such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar
• Must be experienced in motion graphics, using After Effects or similar
• Expert in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
• Strong portfolio of reels or TikToks for businesses
• Strong sense of hooks, pacing, and what keeps people watching
• Reliable internet, a backup power source, and a computer that handles 4K footage
• Clear written English
• Comfortable with time tracking during working hours

Who we’re looking for
An OCMM editor doesn’t need to be managed. You take initiative, put in the effort, bring creativity, and aren’t afraid to try something new. You understand the expectations, keep your commitments, and hold yourself to a high standard.
