Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our event management team. The candidate will be responsible for editing event videos, reels, promotional videos, highlight films, and social media content for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, concerts, and other special occasions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, creativity, music synchronization, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit event videos, wedding highlights, corporate event films, promotional videos, and social media reels.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
• Edit raw footage captured during events into professional highlight videos and recap films.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, titles, captions, and motion graphics.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and footage stabilization.
• Create engaging content that aligns with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and the event management team.
• Organize and manage video files, footage, project files, and final exports.
• Deliver edited videos within agreed timelines, including urgent or same-day event edits when required.
• Incorporate client feedback and make revisions as needed.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, transitions, effects, and social media formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing; candidates with strong portfolios may also be considered.
• Proficiency in one or more video editing tools:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and visual effects.
• Good understanding of video formats, resolutions, frame rates, and export settings.
• Strong knowledge of music synchronization, storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
• Ability to edit vertical videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new editing techniques.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience editing wedding films, corporate events, concerts, exhibitions, and promotional videos.
• Knowledge of color grading and professional audio editing.
• Experience creating trending social media reels and promotional content.
• Basic photography or videography knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during major events or urgent project deliveries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
