What they need
We’re looking for a creative video editor who understands modern YouTube content, audience retention, and AI-powered video creation.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, hooks, watch time, CTR, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience finding relevant clips, stock footage, and B-roll.
- Ability to create attractive YouTube thumbnails.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO, titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Experience with Google Flow, AI video generation, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with the latest video editing trends and AI tools.
