Video Editor - Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content for our construction and real estate projects, editing videos for social media, and developing creative content ideas that showcase our projects, services, and company.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging video content showcasing construction projects, site progress, completed projects, interiors, and company activities.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
• Shoot videos and photos at project sites when required.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, effects, and other elements to make videos engaging.
• Create short-form content suitable for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Work with the marketing/management team to understand content requirements and prepare videos accordingly.
• Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, and visual style.
• Research trending content, sounds, formats, and ideas relevant to the construction and real estate industry.
• Plan and organize content according to the company's social media requirements.
• Make necessary revisions based on feedback and deliver content within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of content creation and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
• Ability to create creative and engaging content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio.
• Good sense of storytelling, visuals, transitions, and pacing.
• Ability to identify and use relevant social media trends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
