Video Editor + Content Writer

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Video Editor & Content Writer to produce engaging social media videos, develop fresh content ideas, and create compelling written content. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, creativity, and a good understanding of current social media trends.

Location: Basantapur, Kathmandu

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop creative, engaging, and trend-focused content ideas for social media platforms.
• Edit high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content.
• Create visually appealing videos with effective transitions, effects, and storytelling.
• Upload and manage 3 videos daily across relevant social media platforms.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and other social media content.
• Assist in content planning, brainstorming, and execution.
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate relevant trends into content.
• Ensure consistency in content quality, branding, and presentation.
• Coordinate with the team to meet daily content targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing, content creation, or social media content production.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to write engaging captions, scripts, and promotional content.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
