We're looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team at our Peachtree Corners studio.

About the Position

We're looking for someone who enjoys editing, has a strong creative eye, and takes pride in producing quality work.

You'll work alongside our experienced production team, turning professionally filmed footage into polished, engaging videos for our clients.

Hands-on experience with DaVinci Resolve is required. You should already be comfortable navigating the software, working with timelines, and completing video edits.

This position is well suited for an early-career editor who has developed solid editing skills and wants to continue growing in a professional production environment.

We're also interested in candidates with additional experience in motion graphics, on-screen visuals, color correction, or other post-production capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Edit professional video content using DaVinci Resolve.
• Assemble and edit multi-camera studio footage, interviews, educational videos, and podcasts.
• Create engaging short-form videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Select the best shots, improve pacing, and create clean, professional edits.
• Synchronize audio and video, balance audio levels, and prepare polished finished content.
• Perform basic color correction and maintain visual consistency across projects.
• Incorporate titles, lower thirds, graphics, music, and supporting visuals.
• Organize footage, timelines, project files, and final deliverables.
• Manage revisions and incorporate feedback from our production team.
• Work on multiple client projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior editors to learn and follow established editing and finishing workflows.
• Develop the ability to independently manage editing projects from initial assembly through final delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing video projects from raw footage through completed edits.
• Strong understanding of pacing, timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Working knowledge of audio editing, synchronization, and basic color correction.
• Familiarity with multi-camera editing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to receive creative direction, incorporate feedback, and make revisions efficiently.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional production environment.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Peachtree Corners, GA.

A portfolio or examples of your editing work are required.

Additional Skills We'd Love to See

These skills are not required, but they may influence compensation and growth opportunities:

• Motion graphics and animated titles.
• Experience using DaVinci Resolve Fusion.
• Creating on-screen graphics, callouts, and visual overlays.
• Color grading and advanced color correction.
• Experience using DaVinci Resolve Fairlight for audio.
• Experience editing professional educational or corporate video content.
• Familiarity with social media editing formats and styles.
• Ability to independently handle more advanced post-production assignments.

You don't need to know everything about post-production. But you do need a solid foundation in DaVinci Resolve, good editing judgment, and a desire to produce work you're proud of.

Compensation and Work Environment

• Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000 annually
• Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
• On-site at our Peachtree Corners, Georgia studio.
• Work alongside an experienced video production and editing team.
• Opportunity to develop additional skills across editing, graphics, color, and post-production.

Compensation within the advertised range will be determined by demonstrated editing experience, technical skills, creative ability, and the level of responsibility the candidate can independently handle.
