What they need
We run DTC ecommerce brands selling in the US. We're looking for a video editor who specializes in direct-response ads for Meta.
What you'll do
Edit every kind of ad we run: UGC, VSLs, song ads, Pixar-style story ads, AI-generated ads, and new formats as we test them. You'll work from our scripts and deliver variations for testing.
What we're looking for
Proven experience editing ads for US DTC brands
Range across formats: you can switch from a UGC cut to a VSL to an AI ad
A portfolio of ads that actually ran
Strong sense of pacing, hooks and captions for mobile
Fluent American English and reliable turnaround
Pay
Paid 1-month trial at $30 per edited minute, plus a $200 bonus for every winning ad. After the trial, we review compensation based on performance, with the option to move to a fixed monthly salary.
