About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-orientated video editor who can create engaging, high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and digital platforms.

Candidates with graphic design skills will have an added advantage and may receive additional bonuses/incentives based on their design capabilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, reels, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging and visually appealing video content.
• Add transitions, effects, text, subtitles, music, and animations as required.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team to understand content requirements.
• Ensure videos maintain brand consistency and high visual quality.
• Manage multiple video projects and deliver them within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and creative styles.
• Create basic graphics, thumbnails, banners, and social media creatives when required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
• Strong understanding of video composition, transitions, color correction, sound, and storytelling.
• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media formats.
• Good creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills – Graphic Design

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Ability to create social media posts, thumbnails, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Basic understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and branding.

Additional Bonus: Candidates with strong graphic design skills may be eligible for an additional performance-based bonus.
