Video Editor + Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for a Video Editor + Motion Graphics Designer who can work across both brands and turn raw footage, creative concepts, and marketing ideas into engaging, polished visual content.

What you'll be doing

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, and other social media content.
• Edit educational, promotional, storytelling, and brand-building content.
• Create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
• Create motion graphics, typography animations, and simple visual effects.
• Edit talking-head, interview, screen-recording, BTS, travel, and lifestyle footage.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content.
• Add subtitles, captions, music, sound effects, and other finishing elements.
• Create content that suits different audiences and brand identities.

• Wedding invitation showcases
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Design process videos
• Wedding storytelling
• Illustration and animation showcases
• Client project presentations
• Wedding and travel content
• Creative campaigns and promotional videos

Brandbench Content

You may also work on:

• Marketing and advertising content
• Founder-led educational videos
• Case studies
• Brand breakdowns
• YouTube videos
• Business/marketing explainers
• Social media content
• Client campaign presentations
• Interviews and conversations
• Performance marketing and advertising content

Collaboration

You will work closely with the founder, designers, illustrators, content team, and other creatives to turn ideas and briefs into finished content.

You should be able to take a creative direction and independently develop it into a polished final edit, rather than needing step-by-step instructions for every task.

Software / Skills

Required

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Basic Photoshop / Illustrator
• Strong understanding of video composition and pacing
• Good visual sense
• Good understanding of typography
• Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube formats

Good to have

• Motion graphics
• Kinetic typography
• Sound design
• Basic colour correction
• Camera/video shooting knowledge
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing
• Experience with talking-head and educational content
• Experience creating content for agencies or brands
