Video Editor Needed – YouTube / After Effects

Video Editor Needed – YouTube / After Effects

We’re looking for a video editor to help us create high-quality, engaging YouTube videos.

We’re looking for someone who is strong in After Effects and can create fast-paced, high-energy, retention-focused content.

Editing Style

We’re looking for an editing style similar to Ben Azelart / MrBeast-style YouTube content, including:

• Rapid pacing & quick cuts — keeping the video moving and eliminating dead air
• Strong sound effects — comedic pops, whooshes, risers, impact hits, etc.
• Dynamic zoom-ins & zoom-outs — especially to emphasize reactions and comedic moments
• Vibrant color grading — bright, energetic, and cinematic
• On-screen text & graphics — bold callouts, pop-ups, countdowns, etc.
• B-roll & cinematic intercuts — mixing handheld footage, wide shots, drone footage, and other visuals
• After Effects — object highlights, glows, visual effects, speed ramps, slow-mo → normal speed transitions, and other effects that improve retention

What we're looking for:

• Strong After Effects skills
• Experience editing YouTube content
• Excellent sense of pacing and retention
• Ability to create clean, polished, professional edits
• Experience with Ben Azelart, MrBeast, Stokes Twins, or similar styles is a big plus

Bonus: If you can also create strong YouTube thumbnails, that's a huge plus!

We already have footage and projects ready to edit, so we're looking for someone who can jump in and help us get content published consistently.
