About the Role

Tecla is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can handle both video content and visual design requirements for digital marketing, branding, social media, advertisements, and company projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, good editing skills, and the ability to convert ideas and briefs into professional creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content.
• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and corporate videos.
• Design social media posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, brochures, and marketing creatives.
• Add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and basic animations.
• Create visually consistent content based on company brand guidelines.
• Resize and optimize creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and advertisements.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team.
• Understand creative briefs and independently execute concepts.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines.
• Maintain organised project files and reusable design assets.

Video Editing

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software

Graphic Design

Candidate Requirements

• Strong portfolio in both graphic design and video editing.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colors, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create modern and professional digital content.
• Should be comfortable working on multiple creative requirements.
• Must be able to work independently after receiving a brief.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Laptop Requirement

Candidate must bring and use their own laptop for work.

The laptop should be capable of smoothly handling professional video editing and graphic design software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Final salary will depend on:

• Portfolio quality
• Video editing skills
• Graphic design skills
• Motion graphics capability
• Overall creative and technical proficiency

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share their portfolio / Behance / Drive link / previous video and design works while applying.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
