Cogent Labs is looking for a Videographer/ Video Editor for its Lahore office.

Role

You will own the complete video production pipeline, from shoot planning and on-site filming to post-production and final delivery. You transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content while maintaining high standards of visual quality, sound, and creative consistency.You manage each video project end-to-end, including camera and lighting setup, footage capture, data handling, editing, colour grading, animation, sound design, and secure transfer of final assets ensuring smooth handoff to marketing or content teams until the project is approved and closed. Video projects include but are not limited to,Youtube videos, Podcasts, Ads, Project Videos, company videos and collaterals.

Requirements

• 1-2 Year of professional experience in podcast editing, youtube videos, ads etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication, personalisation first mindset
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite e.g Premier Pro, After Effects, ChatGPT, NanoBanana for image generation
• Attention to detail, time management, accountability, initiative, resilience under pressure
• Ownership, timeliness, punctuality, creative innovation

Responsibilities

• Own video projects from concept to completion
• Handle on-site production including camera setup, lighting, and audio configuration
• Capture high-quality video footage aligned with creative direction
• Manage data collection, storage, backups, and security of all media files
• Perform post-production editing: cutting, sequencing, and assembling footage into smooth narratives
• Apply colour grading to ensure visual consistency and professional finish
• Create animations and motion elements where required
• Design and mix sound for clarity, impact, and emotional tone
• Export and deliver final assets in required formats and resolutions
• Transfer and archive project files following internal data management standards
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth handoff to marketing or content teams
• Chip in with creative input to aid the marketing team in executing a project visually - taking ideas from concept to reality
• Research relevant video/edit styles based on video type/topic/genre

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
