Video Game Developer

THIS IS A HIGH LEVEL EXECUTIVE ROLE. PAYMENT IS IN PROFIT SHARE

We are searching for a Game Developer to help define the core gameplay experience and creative direction of the project. This executive-level role involves designing mechanics, progression, encounters, balancing, player experience, and overall game flow while working closely with the rest of the leadership team. You’ll have substantial creative influence and be expected to contribute innovative ideas that improve every aspect of the game. We’re looking for someone who understands both player psychology and strong game design principles, with a passion for building memorable experiences. This position is compensated entirely through long-term profit share.
