Video Operations Virtual Assistant/ Presenter

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and confident Video Operations Virtual Assistant based in Nigeria to support our remote online operations.

This position combines virtual assistance with video-based communication. The successful candidate will help coordinate online sessions, complete basic technical checks, communicate with participants, and provide real-time operational support when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of scheduled online sessions.
• Participate in video calls or online sessions when communication support is required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with participants.
• Complete basic camera, audio, internet, and lighting checks.
• Maintain simple attendance and activity records.
• Respond to routine operational messages and follow-up requests.
• Report technical or scheduling problems to the operations team.
• Follow established procedures, communication guidelines, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Nigeria.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating and appearing on camera when required.
• Friendly, organised, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to manage routine tasks independently.
• Reliable internet connection.
• A device suitable for video calls and online administrative work.
• A quiet and appropriate remote working environment.
• Available for flexible shifts, including some weekends.

Previous experience is not required.

Working Arrangement

• Fully remote.
• Flexible working hours.
• Work schedules will be arranged with the operations team.
