About the role

We're seeking a Video Production & Editor Executive who is passionate about creating high-quality visual content that brings brands to life. You have a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, while being able to translate creative briefs into engaging photo and video content. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborate well with cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities :

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, and company activities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop creative visual concepts that support campaign objectives.
• Operate production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and other supporting tools during shoots.
• Edit photos and videos using professional editing software to produce engaging and brand-consistent content.
• Enhance visual content with graphics, transitions, music, sound effects, and other creative elements when needed.
• Organize and maintain digital media assets, including raw files and final deliverables, in a structured archive.
• Ensure all visual content meets company brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Provide recommendations to improve visual quality, production workflow, and creative execution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Film, Photography, Broadcasting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or similar role.
• Proficient in operating professional camera equipment, lighting, audio, and video production tools.
• Able to produce up to 15 videos per day.
• Having basic knowledge of graphic design.
• Skilled in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Adobe Lightroom, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Able to work collaboratively with multiple teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about producing high-quality visual content.
• A portfolio showcasing photography and videography projects is required.
