Video Producer

Key Responsibilities

1. Shooting Execution

• Independently or lead a small team to execute on-site video shooting for events, including forums, press conferences, roadshows, annual dinners, interviews, promotional videos, and short-form content.
• Ensure high-quality footage through effective camera movement, framing, and composition techniques.

2. Post-Production & Editing

• Select and organise raw footage.
• Perform video editing, voice-over integration, background music insertion, subtitle creation, colour correction, and basic visual effects processing.
• Deliver polished and professional final video products.

3. Content Adaptation

• Adapt and optimise video content for different platforms and formats, including landscape and portrait versions.
• Produce content in various durations such as 15-second, 60-second, and 2-minute formats based on campaign requirements.

4. Equipment Management

• Maintain and manage photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ensure equipment remains in good working condition and recommend upgrades or new purchases when necessary.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to understand project objectives, brand requirements, and content strategies.
• Ensure video deliverables meet campaign goals and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in video shooting and editing.
• Portfolio submission is required, preferably including event coverage and promotional video projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Skilled in operating DSLR/Mirrorless Cameras, Gimbals/Stabilisers, and Wireless Microphones.

Personal Attributes

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
• Willing to work weekends or evenings when required for event coverage (replacement leave provided).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
