Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur City Centre for a Video Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, from concept to post-production. You will produce engaging visuals, manage media production tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met. Responsibilities include filming, editing, and optimizing videos for various platforms to build top of funnel engagement.

Qualifications

• Video Production and Media Production experience to handle end-to-end video creation processes
• Video Editing and Photography skills to produce visually compelling and polished content
• Understanding of New Media trends and expertise in creating content for digital platforms, specifically for consumer products
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Capcut PC, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent) and shooting equipment (primarily phone & a DJI Osmo Pocket 3)
• Creativity and storytelling abilities to produce captivating content on social media platforms
• Knowledge of the brick-building community and industry trends is a plus
• Knowing what makes organic videos go viral is an extreme plus point

You'd own the full process end to end, and learn way beyond just one function in marketing.

Physical product experience helps but it's not what we're looking for. What matters more is good taste for global consumer product content (we don't make local videos for a local market), and the ability to figure things out fast while being creative and resourceful.
