Video Streaming & AdTech Operations Manager

TAF Media is looking for a hands-on technical professional to take ownership of our growing premium digital video content platform, connecting video content, technology, publishers and advertising.

What you’ll do

• Manage daily platform and CMS operations, monitoring quality, performance and integrations.
• Onboard publishers and troubleshoot video players, embeds and ad-serving issues.
• Implement content-rights controls, expiry rules and DRM configurations.
• Coordinate technology providers, resolve incidents, test new releases and maintain technical documentation.

What you’ll bring

Ideally, 5+ years of relevant experience in streaming, publishing technology, video operations or AdTech.

You should be comfortable with video CMS platforms and players, video ad serving such as VAST/VMAP and Google Ad Manager or similar, APIs/webhooks and browser troubleshooting. Knowledge of streaming formats, DRM and basic HTML/JavaScript is valuable.

We’re looking for someone who investigates problems, takes ownership through to resolution and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.

You don’t need to be a full-time developer. You do need practical technical skills and confidence working directly with engineering teams.

Fluent Greek and very good English are required. Experience with sports content or publisher networks is a plus.

Why join us?

A role with meaningful autonomy and the opportunity to shape how a premium video platform operates and scales.
