Videografer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Videographer & Photographer to join the Marketing Central team. You will be fully responsible for the entire visual content production process (video and photo)—from concept planning, shooting, to final editing—to support the company's marketing campaigns and branding.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video and photo content for promotional purposes, social media, marketing campaigns, event documentation, and other internal/external visual needs
• Perform post-production processes including video editing (clipping, color grading, audio mixing, and light graphics/animation) and photo retouching according to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the Marketing Central team to develop creative ideas, storyboards, and visual planning relevant to target audiences
• Manage, maintain, and ensure camera equipment, lighting, and audio devices are ready and functioning properly
• Research and follow visual trends (such as TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and current visual content strategies to apply to products or brands

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in videography, photography, and video/photo editing (preferably with experience in a marketing team or agency)
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar applications (such as CapCut Pro)
• Skilled in operating production equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbal/stabilizer, lighting, and audio recorder)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in videography, photography, and editing
• Creative with a good sense of art and understanding of visual composition and color theory
• Able to work in a team, with good communication skills, and accustomed to working to deadlines
