Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through video and possess the technical skills to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with our audience. This role is crucial in capturing and conveying the impact of our programs, the stories of our students, and the expertise of our network to a broad audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and promotional campaigns.
• Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to ensure high-quality production.
• Perform comprehensive post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, sound mixing, and graphic integration using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize video projects, develop storyboards, and align content with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient storage and accessibility for future use.
• Stay informed about current video trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our video production capabilities.
• Assist with live streaming events and virtual workshops as needed.
• Ensure all video content is accessible and inclusive for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording principles.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to different shooting environments and work independently when required.
