1. Cosmetics Content Strategy & Ideation:

• Stay ahead of TikTok Indonesia trends in color cosmetics (e.g., viral lip techniques, gradient blush trends, eye makeup tutorials, Thai/Western/Korean makeup styles).
• Translate product features of lipsticks, blushes, and eyeshadows into high-converting, engaging short-form video concepts and scripts.

1. On-Set Shooting & Makeup Videography:

• Product Texture Close-ups: Capture high-end, macro detail shots (Texture Shots) of lipstick bullets/liquids, blush powders/creams, and eyeshadow shimmers/mattes to highlight product quality.
• Swatches & Application: Direct and film arm swatches, lip swatches, blush blending, and step-by-step eye makeup applications on models or creators. Ensure accurate color reproduction, no color distortion, and true-to-life skin texture.
• Transformations & GRWM: Shoot high-impact "Before & After" transformation videos, wear-tests, and immersive Get Ready With Me (GRWM) content.

1. Post-Production & Color Grading:

• Edit fast-paced, high-retention short videos using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Critical Requirement: Possess strong color grading and calibration skills to ensure that lip, cheek, and eye shades in the video match the physical products precisely while maintaining a polished, premium aesthetic.
• Add trending transitions, dynamic subtitles/captions, TikTok Shop product sticker prompts, and engaging sound design tailored to Gen Z audiences.

1. Data Tracking & Competitor Benchmarking:

• Monitor video views, engagement rates, and TikTok Shop conversion metrics.
• Analyze short-form video strategies of top local and international beauty competitors in Indonesia to continuously optimize shooting and editing techniques.

【Requirements & Qualifications】

1. Experience:

• 2–3+ years of professional short-form video shooting and editing experience (end-to-end self-shoot and self-edit).
• Prior experience in color cosmetics (makeup) brands, cosmetics OEM/factories, or beauty MCN agencies is preferred. (Note: A cosmetics-focused portfolio featuring lip/eye/blush swatches or texture shots is mandatory for application).

1. Technical Skills:

• Highly proficient with mirrorless/DSLR cameras equipped with macro lenses, as well as smartphone videography.
• Expert in lighting small objects (managing reflections on shimmery eyeshadows, capturing cream/matte lipstick textures) and lighting diverse skin tones (ranging from Indonesian tan/medium skin tones to fair complexions).
• Skilled in editing and color-grading software such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.

1. Aesthetic & Trend Sense:

• Exceptional sensitivity to color, fashion, and makeup aesthetics, with a deep understanding of what appeals to consumers on TikTok in Southeast Asia.

1. Language Skills:

• Proficient in English (required for cross-cultural team collaboration and script localization).
