We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor in our Surabaya office to produce high-quality video content, handle end-to-end editing, and bring ideas to life through engaging visuals for the crypto industry. Job Description:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop strong video concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Ensure high-quality visuals, sound, and pacing to maximize viewer engagement.
• Incorporate basic motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Organize and maintain video files, raw footage, and project archives systematically.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, lighting, and audio gear as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices.
• Adapt videos into different formats and lengths for cross-platform distribution.
• Work proactively to propose fresh ideas and creative approaches to storytelling.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communication, Visual Arts, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong filming, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for YouTube content . Experience with YouTube formats is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
• Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work.
