Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

This isn't a role where you’ll sit behind a desk all day editing someone else’s footage. As our Videographer & Social Content Creator, you will be a hands-on storyteller who lives and breathes social media, someone who instinctively knows what makes people stop scrolling and how to tailor content specifically for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Production: Plan, film, light, edit, and deliver engaging short-form (TikTok, Reels) and long-form (YouTube) video content.
• Storytelling & Spotlights: Travel across the UK to film authentic customer testimonials, lifestyle benefits, and real-life stories.
• Brand & Product Content: Produce high-quality product demos, tutorials, comparisons, and behind-the-scenes office and warehouse footage.
• Trend & Tech Focus: Stay ahead of social media trends, leverage analytics to refine creative output, and explore cutting-edge AI-assisted editing tools.
• Asset Management: Maintain an organised media library and collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to maintain visual brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For / Essential Requirements:

• Strong videography, editing, lighting, composition, and audio skills.
• Proven experience creating engaging, platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Proficiency with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to turn everyday subjects into compelling videos.
• Great interpersonal skills, confident in interviewing contributors and making people feel relaxed in front of the camera.
• Full UK Driving Licence and a willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
• An active portfolio or showreel showcasing your social video capabilities.

Desirable Skills:

• Photography or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) skills.
• Experience with ecommerce, consumer products, or customer testimonial interviews.
• Familiarity with social media analytics or AI-assisted video editing tools.
