Videographer & Editor

Role summary

We are looking for a Videographer cum Video Editor who can both shoot and edit. The role covers social

media reels, corporate assignments, events and weddings across Advito Global and its sub companies,

including Peacock Studios. The candidate must be strong in video editing and confident handling a shoot

independently from planning to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

Shooting

• Shoot social media reels, product and showroom videos, and brand content for clients
• Cover corporate assignments, events and weddings
• Handle camera, lighting, gimbal and audio setup on location
• Plan shots in advance and capture enough coverage for multiple edits and formats

Editing

• Edit short form reels for Instagram and YouTube Shorts with strong hooks and pacing
• Edit longer format event, corporate and wedding films
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup and sound design
• Add text, captions, transitions and basic motion graphics
• Export in the correct formats and aspect ratios for each platform
• Incorporate client feedback and manage revisions within deadlines
• Maintain organised footage libraries and project files

Candidate requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in both videography and video editing
• Strong video editing skills. This is essential for the role
• A portfolio or showreel including reels and at least one longer format project
• Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting and camera settings
• Understanding of what makes a reel perform on social media: hooks, pacing, trends and music
• Ability to manage a shoot independently, including equipment and client coordination on site
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for shoots, including occasional weekends for events
• Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership of deliverables

Software, equipment and added advantages

Software: must have Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects

Software: good to have CapCut, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom

Equipment Hands on experience with mirrorless or DSLR cameras, gimbals, lights and

wireless microphones

Own camera Good to have.

Added advantage Experience shooting for automotive, real estate or hospitality brands.

Drone operation. Photography skills alongside videography

Pay: ₹25,258.16 - ₹45,100.34 per month
