Videographer & Editor

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor who can conceptualise, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with professional video recording equipment, strong video editing skills, and a good understanding of visual storytelling. Experience with AI-powered creative tools and emerging video generation technologies is essential, as we aim to incorporate innovative techniques into our content production.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Production

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional videos, and other digital platforms.

• Handle professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video production equipment.

• Set up appropriate lighting, framing, angles, and compositions to achieve professional-quality footage.

• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches for different types of content.

• Conduct on-location and indoor video shoots as required.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit and produce engaging videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.

• Create short-form content, reels, promotional videos, interviews, event coverage, and branded content.

• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and other elements to enhance video quality.

• Ensure consistency in video quality, branding, pacing, and overall visual presentation.

• Optimise videos according to different platform specifications and formats.

AI Tools & Creative Technologies

• Demonstrate practical experience using AI-powered tools for video creation, editing, enhancement, and content production.

• Explore and utilise AI tools for video generation, animation, voiceovers, background removal, image-to-video conversion, and other creative applications.

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve production quality and workflow efficiency.

• Integrate AI-generated visuals and creative elements into video projects where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in videography and video editing.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Magnific, Elevenlabs, google flow, Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, composition, framing, and sound recording.

• Knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, and post-production techniques.

• Understanding of social media trends, video formats, and audience engagement.

• Ability to translate creative concepts and briefs into engaging visual content.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in producing marketing, advertising, promotional, and educational video content.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted animation, generative video, and advanced editing workflows.

• Basic photography skills are an added advantage.

• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.

Pay: Rs31,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
