Shoot and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for client brands and Content Vista.

We are looking for a Videographer Editor to create high-quality short-form and long-form video content for client brands and internal Content Vista growth initiatives.

This role combines shooting, editing, content packaging, and fast turnaround execution. The person should understand modern attention spans, hooks, clean edits, and platform-specific formats. This is not just a technical editing role. It is a content outcomes role. We are looking for someone who possesses cinematic talent, creative skill, reliability, speed, understanding of the reels ecosystem, and consistency; someone who has demonstrated fast reels output, founder/client shoot confidence, clean editing, responsiveness, and repeatability.

• Shoot client videos, founder videos, brand content

• Handle framing, lighting, and basic audio quality

• Capture usable raw footage efficiently

• Edit reels, shorts, talking-head videos, testimonials

• Add captions, transitions, pacing, hooks

• Deliver platform-ready outputs

• Turn one shoot into multiple assets

• Create short clips from long videos

• Resize formats for Instagram / YouTube / LinkedIn

• Manage footage libraries

• Deliver on deadlines and handle revisions efficiently

• Suggest shot ideas, hooks, edits, storytelling angles

• Improve watchability

• On-time delivery %
