Videographer & Editor

We are looking for an ambitious, visually driven Videographer & Video Editor who brings fresh ideas and high creative energy to the table. This is not a routine shoot-and-cut role—we need a visual storyteller who understands pacing, hook-driven social content, cinematic framing, and brand aesthetics.

If you can take a raw concept, shoot it cleanly, and cut it into an engaging piece of content that grabs attention in the first three seconds, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Production & Concepting: Brainstorm visual concepts, build shot lists, and collaborate on scripts and storyboards for social media (Reels/Shorts), ad creatives, and long-form brand content.
• Shooting & Direction: Handle camera operations, framing, studio/natural lighting, and audio recording independently on shoots.
• Editing & Post-Production: Cut, pace, color-grade, sound-design, and add smooth motion graphics/typography to raw footage.
• Platform Awareness: Optimize formats and styles specifically for Instagram, YouTube, and digital ad campaigns, keeping up with emerging visual trends, audio tracks, and transitions.
• Asset Management: Organize, back up, and maintain raw footage, project files, and gear.

Requirements & Skills

• Portfolio First: A strong portfolio, showreel, or active profile demonstrating high creative standards in shooting and editing.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with mirrorless/cinema camera setups, lighting, gimbal stabilization, and audio gear.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop are a strong plus.
• Visual Sense: A sharp eye for composition, pacing, color science, typography, and sound design.
• Execution & Ownership: Ability to take ownership of a shoot from setup to final render and meet agreed deadlines.
