Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer and Editor role based in Noida. The role involves planning and executing video shoots, operating cameras and managing lighting setups, and capturing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand assets. The Videographer and Editor will edit footage into polished videos, add basic motion graphics, sound, and color corrections, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and performance-focused objectives. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with the marketing and creative teams, contributing ideas for video concepts, organizing and backing up media files, and maintaining equipment. The person in this role is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual stories that support clients’ growth and digital strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Shooting Video for diverse formats (social media, ads, campaigns).
• Candidates should possess solid Camera Operation and Camera handling skills for professional and semi-professional gear.
• Candidates should possess practical expertise in Lighting, including setting up and adjusting lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics skills are beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital marketing content requirements.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
• Relevant education in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in videography and editing.
• Experience creating video content for agencies or brands, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects, is highly advantageous.
