Videographer & Short-Form Video Content Creator

We are an alternative holistic wellness center dedicated to energy healing, balance, and overall well-being. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated Videographer & Short-Form Video Content Creator to join our team.

We already have a strong vision for our social media and plenty of content ideas. We’re looking for someone who can bring those ideas to life from filming through final edit, capturing high-quality, authentic footage and turning it into engaging content that is ready to post on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, has a strong eye for visuals and storytelling, and knows how to turn everyday moments into compelling short-form videos. We also value someone who can bring their own creative perspective and suggest new ways to make our content even stronger.

Responsibilities:

• Film high-quality, engaging video content at our wellness center using a phone and/or camera
• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other social platforms
• Take content from concept → filming → editing → final video ready to post
• Capture content featuring our owner, team, practitioners, services, events, and day-to-day activities
• Bring creative ideas, strong hooks, and current social media trends to our content
• Work with our team to plan, film, and refine content while maintaining a consistent visual style
• Organize and manage video/photo content for easy access and future use

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience filming and editing short-form social media content, especially Reels and TikTok
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, framing, pacing, and storytelling
• Comfortable filming people and directing simple, natural shots
• Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Able to take an idea and turn it into a polished, engaging video ready to post
• Creative, reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Someone who brings fresh ideas, understands social media trends, and values authentic, natural content
• Interested in growing with our center long-term

Schedule:

Part-time: approximately 10–15 hours per week

We offer a flexible schedule and are looking for someone who can be available when content needs to be filmed, including occasional events, special projects, and times when our team is available to be on camera.

Most of the role will involve filming and editing content, with the schedule coordinated around our content needs.

As our center and content needs grow, there is an opportunity for this role to grow in hours and responsibility over time.

Compensation:

$15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
