Videographer & Video Editor (Chinese Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

· Film and edit high-quality content for real estate projects, show units, corporate branding, property tours, interviews, events, and social media.

· Produce video content not only for official company accounts, but also for individual employee personal-brand content, and on-camera short-form videos.

· Work with employees and the content team to create videos based on different personal profiles, communication styles, and account positioning.

· Independently manage the full production process, including creative planning, filming, lighting, audio recording, camera movement, editing, color grading, subtitles, sound design, and final delivery.

· Create platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and other social media channels.

· Adapt filming and editing styles according to the different requirements of corporate branding and individual personal-brand accounts.

· Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, and relevant employees to execute scripts and content ideas while providing professional recommendations on filming, lighting, scenes, and editing.

· Cover project launches, broker events, interviews, employee appearances, corporate activities, and other on-site events.

· Organize and manage filming equipment, raw footage, project files, and completed video assets.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of professional videography and video editing experience with a strong portfolio.

· Strong experience in on-camera/personality-driven content, personal-brand videos, and short-form social media content.

· Strong hands-on filming skills - we are not looking for an editor-only profile.

· Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or other professional editing software.

· Strong knowledge of professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.

· Excellent skills in composition, camera movement, lighting, color grading, and editing rhythm.

· Experience in real estate, personal branding, social media content, interviews, architecture, interior design, luxury lifestyle, or commercial brands is preferred.

· Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and current short-form content trends.

· Ability to adapt filming and editing styles to different personalities, audiences, and account positioning.

· Ability to independently manage filming and editing assignments and work effectively on location and at events.

· Candidates currently based in Dubai or with previous UAE experience are preferred.

· Chinese or English as a working language; bilingual Chinese-English communication skills are an advantage.
