Videographer & Video Editor

Looking for a passionate and creative Videographer & Video Editor who can independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content for Leon's digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for food photography, cinematic videography, social media trends, and storytelling.

This role requires frequent travel to Leon's outlets for product shoots, campaign shoots, store launches, and behind-the-scenes content.

Videography

• Plan and execute professional video shoots across Leon's outlets.
• Shoot food, beverages, people, interiors, and lifestyle content.
• Capture campaign launches, new product launches, events, and store openings.
• Create high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and promotional videos.
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lights, microphones, and other production equipment.
• Ensure consistent visual quality aligned with Leon's brand guidelines.

Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos.
• Add transitions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, captions, and animations.
• Color correct and grade footage for a premium look.
• Deliver videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Swiggy, Zomato, and website requirements.
• Maintain organized project files and backups.

Required Skills

• Strong videography and cinematography skills.
• Excellent video editing abilities.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movements.
• Experience shooting food and restaurant content is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cinematic transitions and storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Media, Film, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• 14 years of professional experience in videography and editing.
• Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
