Videographer and Video Editor

La Verde Group is looking for a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing Marketing Team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, filming, editing, and creating engaging visual content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality videos, promotional content, property showcases, facility management service videos, interior design projects, and car rental promotional videos that strengthen our brand identity and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and advertisements for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Film property tours, real estate walkthroughs, property showcases, and promotional videos for Property Management.
• Capture cleaning services, maintenance work, before-and-after transformations, and project highlights for Facilities Management.
• Produce creative videos showcasing interior design projects, office transformations, residential interiors, and ongoing projects.
• Film vehicle showcases, rental promotions, fleet presentations, and promotional content for Cars Rental.
• Operate professional cameras, mobile filming equipment, gimbals, lighting equipment, microphones, and other video production tools.
• Edit videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add transitions, color correction, sound effects, music, subtitles, motion graphics, and branding elements to enhance video quality.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards in coordination with the marketing team.
• Ensure all video content follows the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience requirements.
• Organize and maintain video files, project footage, and creative assets.
• Coordinate and schedule filming sessions with different departments and project teams.
• Stay updated on social media trends, video editing techniques, and creative content formats.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content production is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, video editing, and creative storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
• Ability to create professional and engaging content for real estate, facilities management, interior design, and automotive businesses.
• Understanding of social media video trends and digital marketing requirements.
• Basic photography skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and color grading is preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a marketing team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates must be willing to travel to project locations and company sites within Abu Dhabi when required.
