  • Direct subjects and scenes to achieve desired visual storytelling.
  • Ensure videos are edited, graded and produced to the branding demands.
  • Amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients.
  • Provide useful thoughtful and constructive contributions to team meetings and conversations.
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with other creative team members.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills: can take ownership of a task/project with excellent attention to detail.

  • Archive footage and manage digital assets efficiently.

Requirements:

  • University degree or above in a relevant discipline and at least 1 years experience in equivalent role; or other qualifications plus 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Ability as an excellent cameraman as well as the ability to direct a team.
  • Excellent knowledge, experience and natural interest in the latest filming equipment.
  • Know how to use the equipment fluently (e.g. lens: what lens to use, what ISO, what f-stop, what colour balance...; or what lighting to use....) to get the shot needed.
  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Familiarity with drones, gimbals, and other filming equipment is a plus.
  • Tech savvy and up to date with the latest trends and innovations.
  • Meticulous planning and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Have a positive and passionate approach with a can-do attitude.
