Description

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Videographer to bring Kiedle products to life through engaging visual content.

You'll help develop ideas, shoot and edit videos, and create content designed for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, our website, advertising, and other marketing channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both visual storytelling and social media content and can take an idea from concept through final video.

Key job responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality short-form product and lifestyle videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other marketing channels.
• Create product close-ups, satisfying/ASMR content, demonstrations, packing videos, lifestyle footage, and other brand content.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, hooks, and visual ideas that fit Kiedle's playful, premium brand.
• Edit videos with strong pacing, music, text overlays, transitions, and platform-appropriate formatting.
• Stay current with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and editing styles and identify opportunities Kiedle can adapt.
• Work with the Marketing Lead to plan content and ensure creative direction and messaging remain consistent.
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage and completed content.
• Meet agreed content deadlines and maintain a consistent production schedule.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience shooting and editing video (portfolio or samples required)
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Understanding of short-form social content, including hooks, pacing, vertical video, and audience retention.
• Ability to develop ideas as well as shoot and edit them.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
• Access to necessary camera/equipment (phone + lighting setup is acceptable; professional gear is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing experience (brand, content, or growth marketing)
• Social media management experience (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience creating content for consumer products, lifestyle, or DTC brands
• Strong understanding of what makes product content engaging and shareable
• Product photography or styling experience
• Genuine appreciation for design, playfulness, and products that spark joy

Note: Candidates who bring strong marketing and social media management experience in addition to videography skills may be considered for a full-time role.
