About the role

As a Full-Time Videographer at PT Karya Syntegra Indonesia and its affiliated companies, you will be responsible for the entire video content production process from planning, shooting, to editing and finalization. Content will be used for marketing needs, social media, branding, product promotion, and various other company requirements. You are expected to have good creativity, visual storytelling ability, and be able to produce engaging content that matches each brand's character.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and capture footage for various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital media
• Conduct shooting in studio and various locations according to production needs
• Operate camera, lighting, gimbal, drone, and other production equipment to produce quality video
• Determine angle, composition, lighting, and visuals that match the content concept
• Perform video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Add graphic elements, music, sound effects, text, and other visual elements to enhance video quality
• Ensure final video results align with concept, branding, and company quality standards
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Graphic Design, and other related teams to produce content that matches brand strategy and identity
• Participate in brainstorming and development of creative, relevant content ideas that follow trends
• Follow developments in video content trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and secure storage of company-provided production equipment (lighting, gimbals, drones, and accessories), including routine upkeep of drones and batteries.

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or related field
• Relevant video portfolio, particularly for social media, product, lifestyle, corporate, or commercial content needs
• Able to perform shooting using camera and understand basics of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Good understanding of video formats and styles for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Possess creativity, visual sense, storytelling, and ability to follow content trends
• Able to work independently and collaborate with team
• Able to work based on brief and complete work according to deadline
• Able to operate drone, gimbal, and other production equipment
• Willing to work full-time and be placed in Tangerang (Cipondoh)
