Job description:

We are hiring an Apprentice Creative to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing production, with hands-on experience across videography, photography, and editing.

You will work on a wide range of projects, helping to deliver polished, creative work that captures attention and drives results.

What you’ll do:

Film and photograph high-end property, lifestyle, and luxury shoots.

Carry out studio and on-site filming, including working directly with clients.

Operate drones for aerial content.

Edit and produce video content for social media, websites, and paid ads.

Collaborate with our content and strategy team to bring campaigns to life.

What we’re looking for:

A strong portfolio of relevant creative work (video, photography, editing).

Understanding of creative marketing strategy, not just execution.

Confidence working independently to deliver on briefs.

Strong technical skills in shooting, editing, and post-production.

Reliable, proactive, and organised approach to work.

Tech-orientated with a genuine passion for digital creativity.
