About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Videographer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and other digital platforms.

Freshers with good camera handling skills and a strong creative interest are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot high-quality videos for social media and marketing purposes.
• Handle cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment.
• Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Set up appropriate lighting, camera angles, and compositions before shooting.
• Capture videos according to creative briefs and project requirements.
• Work with the creative, marketing, and video editing teams.
• Coordinate with presenters, clients, team members, or other people involved in shoots.
• Ensure proper framing, focus, exposure, lighting, and audio during shoots.
• Organize and manage raw footage and video files.
• Assist the editing team by providing properly organized footage.
• Travel locally for shoots, events, or client projects when required.
• Stay updated with current video production and social media content trends.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of cameras and basic videography techniques.
• Understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.
• Creative thinking and good visual sense.
• Ability to operate cameras and related equipment confidently.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a team and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques.

Equipment Knowledge

Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:

• DSLR / Mirrorless Cameras
• Mobile Videography
• Gimbal
• Tripod
• Lighting Equipment
• External Microphones
• Basic Drone Videography

Eligibility

• Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Mass Communication, Film Making, Photography, Videography, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with previous experience in videography, photography, content creation, or media production can also apply.
• Candidates should have a portfolio or sample video work, if available.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Nashik.

Experience

• Fresher: 0–1 year
• Experienced: 1–3 years in Videography / Photography / Content Creation / Media Production
