Videographer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Videographer who will be producing high-quality video content that showcases our properties, communicates our brand story, and drives client engagement across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands real estate content, thinks visually, and can translate property features into compelling video narratives that convert viewers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for property listings, estate spotlights, site tours, and investment promotions
• Produce video reels, short-form content, and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Conduct on-site shoots at property locations across Abuja — including land sites, residential estates, and development projects
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Brand Manager to execute the monthly content calendar
• Capture drone footage and aerial property views where required
• Edit raw footage into polished, brand-consistent videos with graphics, text overlays, music, and voice-overs where applicable
• Maintain and manage all video equipment responsibly
• Archive and organise all raw and edited footage in an accessible digital library
• Deliver content within agreed timelines to support scheduled posting windows
• Stay up to date with video trends in real estate marketing and social media content

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional videography experience
• Demonstrable portfolio of video work — real estate, architecture, or property content is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Basic drone operation experience is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling through video
• Ability to work on location in Abuja and surrounding areas
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision
• Knowledge of social media platforms and video content formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
