About the Role

McLiora Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Videographer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video shooting, camera handling, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, corporate requirements, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Handle professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, and other video production equipment.
• Set up appropriate camera angles, lighting, framing, and composition for different types of shoots.
• Shoot content for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, promotional videos, corporate videos, and other digital content.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams to understand content requirements.
• Participate in indoor and outdoor shoots as required.
• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure proper audio and video quality during shoots.
• Manage and organize raw footage and ensure proper file storage and backup.
• Coordinate with team members and clients during video production.
• Travel to different locations for shoots when required.
• Ensure all assigned shoots are completed within the required timelines.
• Stay updated with current video trends, social media formats, and content styles.
• Maintain and handle camera and production equipment responsibly.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Videographer.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation and video production.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and cinematography.
• Experience shooting social media content, promotional videos, and marketing content.
• Knowledge of different camera systems, lenses, microphones, and lighting equipment.
• Ability to work with different shooting environments and conditions.
• Good creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for shoots when required.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is preferred.
• Experience in shooting Reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and YouTube content.
• Knowledge of current social media video trends and formats.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.
