What they need

Full-Time Videographer — IRL Livestreaming & YouTube

Company: CLOSR
Location: Scottsdale, AZ — In person
Job type: Full-time, salaried
Pay: Up to $72,000 per year ($6,000/month), depending on experience and qualifications
Additional compensation: Performance bonus opportunities
Start date: ASAP — ideally within 1–2 weeks

The Role

CLOSR is hiring a full-time videographer for daily IRL livestreaming and weekly YouTube production.

We want someone who loves being behind the camera, understands creator content, and wants to be involved in the day-to-day action. You’ll work closely with us throughout the day, capturing business, the sales floor, workouts, everyday life, events, collaborations, and travel.

You should notice moments worth capturing, bring ideas to the table, and take pride in getting clean footage and clear audio wherever the day takes us.

Your focus is filming, operating livestreams, and delivering organized footage. A separate editing team handles the finished videos and clips.

What You’ll Do

  • Film and operate daily IRL livestreams for Kick, Twitch, YouTube Live, and TikTok Live.
  • Set up, test, and monitor cameras, microphones, lighting, streaming equipment, connectivity, and power.
  • Learn the streaming workflow and become confident troubleshooting audio, video, connection, and battery issues.
  • Batch-record YouTube videos every Sunday, including sit-down videos, interviews, and podcast-style content.
  • Capture supporting footage throughout the week for our editors.
  • Collaborate on content ideas, shot selection, locations, and moments that will keep viewers engaged.
  • Keep batteries charged, storage available, audio checked, and equipment ready before filming starts.
  • Back up, label, organize, and transfer footage so editors can find what they need.
  • Travel with us for shoots, events, and collaborations, sometimes on short notice.
  • Use good judgment around private conversations, client information, and when filming should stop.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A strong videographer with a portfolio showing work you personally filmed.
  • Confident with camera operation, framing, exposure, focus, lighting, and audio in changing environments.
  • Familiar with YouTube, livestreaming culture, and what makes everyday IRL content engaging.
  • Proactive, dependable, organized, and comfortable receiving direct feedback.
  • Comfortable filming in public and adapting when plans change.
  • Someone who enjoys close daily collaboration and wants to commit to building with one team.

Hands-on livestreaming experience is a plus. Excellent videographers who can learn the technical streaming side are welcome to apply.

Equipment

Owning professional camera equipment is strongly preferred. A Sony FX3 or comparable professional camera is ideal, along with:

  • Suitable lenses for mobile IRL footage and sit-down YouTube shoots.
  • Quality microphones and an audio-monitoring setup.
  • Spare batteries, chargers, and compatible external battery packs or power solutions for extended filming and streaming.
  • A practical handheld camera rig, tripod, and portable lighting as needed.
  • Reliable media storage and a footage-transfer workflow.

Include your current equipment list when applying. CLOSR is open to purchasing agreed-upon missing equipment for the right hire, including additional streaming equipment.

Schedule & Commitment

  • In-person work based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
  • Seven-day weekly schedule, including Sunday YouTube batch shoots.
  • Daily hours vary with filming and travel. Full filming days may run 8–10 hours; other days may be lighter.
  • Flexibility for changing start times, evening shoots, and last-minute travel is required.
  • This is an exclusive role with CLOSR. Outside client work is not permitted during employment.
  • A passport is not required to apply, but you must be willing and able to obtain a valid passport before international work travel.

Compensation & Travel

  • Salary up to $72,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance bonus opportunities; details discussed during the hiring process.
  • Company-paid work travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and meals.

Employment is subject to a job-related background check, conducted and evaluated in accordance with applicable law.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
